All orders are dispatched direct from us in the United Kingdom. If you live in the EU then no import duty nor taxes are charged. Non EU customers may be subject to duties charged by their country.

Do You Hold Stock in The United Kingdom?

Many products you see online at Miss Hollywood are in stock at our Uk warehouse and will usually be dispatched to you within 24 hours of placing your order. How about Items not in Stock at your United Kingdom Warehouse?

We receive deliveries on a twice weekly basis from our USA counterparts and in the event that your order of Alternative Footwear or Pleaser Heels is out of stock it will be processed and sent to you within 5 days. We request these products daily and our orders ship from the USA every Monday and Friday at 4pm to Us in The Uk, On arrival These Items will be sent on express courier where possible to our customers in the Uk.

All packages (within the UK) are sent via either Royal Mail First Class Signed for Flat Rate or UPS express courier and can be tracked. EU orders are sent either Royal mail airmair or UPS.

I have not Received my Order and more than 5 working days have passed :(

This is a rare situation as even Items High Heels Shoes and Boots which are out of stock in the Uk will Usually arrive within 5 Working Days. Please contact us to investigate.

Items can be tracked via Royal Mail and UPS You should notify us of any losses/missing merchandise within 30 days of placing your order. 

we cannot pursue Royal Mail until 15 days have passed. 

IINTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

 We ship internationally via Royal Mail Airsure or International Courier. 

Delivery to Europe can take 3-5 days from date of dispatch and deliveries outwith Europe may take 5-10 days for delivery.

However, please allow 14 days before contacting us as we cannot pursue Royal Mail until 15 days have passed. 

Items can be tracked via Royal Mail. Next Day Delivery is not available for orders to be delivered outside of the UK.
